I paid a small fee for a designer review of my order bc I was creating a maximum size canvas print and have had quality issues in the past with other canvas producers. It was a great investment as I was able to discuss an issue with a designer and have them help get the best possible outcome. The service was awesome. They kept in touch regularly and emailed updates at relevant points in the production process. I don’t bother with any other canvas companies anymore as The Canvas Factory have excellent prices, products and service.

To be honest i allready registered my complaint and it made zero difference. all i wanted to order was canvas and i got prints with acrylic fronts when i went through the order canvas prints here steps. vewry disapointing and disrespectful as i have spent a small fortune from 4 years ago and now. i have a big order im trying to get ready for a new property but it wont be with canvas factory
