My experience with Canvas Factory was fantastic. I sent in what I wanted to be informed that some of the photos I sent them came out grainy and was asked if I would like them to try to fix that. I sent them the original photos and they were able to fix the problem and still have the product arrive before Christmas. Product came out better than I expected. Will 100% use this company again
