When my first order arrived in the mail the image was pixelated, it was as if the printer ran out of ink. I email the company and they sent out a reprint of my photo for free. The reprint turned out beautiful.

The Acrylic photo turned out amazing. I allowed them to edit for a small fee which was definitely worth it. The website is a bit clunky but i gained assistance via the chat and got the issues resolved. I’ll definitely purchase again.
