The print was exactly what I expected it to look like.

I ordered some prints Nd forgot to change the delivery address. In a panic sent emails off and not an issue at all. customer service was fantastic my prints arrived looking great as always.

I got the corrugated iron print and the grooves are very narrow making the photo not overly clear

The service was excellent, ordering was simple and efficient, the photo arrived within the specified time frame, and the packaging protected it from any damage in transit. The image reproduction on the aluminium sheet is excellent, colour is exact, the photo "pops" and the price was very fair. However, I found the hanging system to be difficult to use (it has no capacity for lateral adjustment so you have to get it perfectly horizontal before screwing it to the wall) and the aluminium panel is so thin that it is slightly convex on the right side (not noticeable when hung). A good value for money product.

I lost my 15 year old am staff on the 28th October 2024. I wanted to see my abby apart of our family/baby pics wall forever. She was my first baby. The pics did not disappoint. I'm so happy to have them. I would highly recommend

Canvas Factory did a beautiful job of the canvases I ordered. It was easy to upload my photos on the website and when I realized the colours were not quite right it was very easy to stop the process so I could improve my editing and send them again. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Canvases were very well packed in bubble wrap and cardboard. Delivery took longer than expected because of the time of year though the order was prepared very quickly. I was very happy when I unpacked my 3 large canvases a couple of hours ago and can't wait to hang them.
