Recently had a very large canvas print made. It arrived with the box in bad condition leaving the print with a small whole. I made contact and was sent a new print which arrived in an unbroken box. Easy to use website and great product

Print quality and finishing fantastic, a little rich on the darker colours.

Purchased a 3 canvas print and the central one fell off the wall during the hanging process and damaged the canvas. I enquired about getting a replacement canvas (I was happy to pay) and less than 24 hours later that were printing and sending me a complete new set at no charge! Thank you Canvas Factory
