Not user friendly

I am happy with the customer service and the quality of the products. The only issue is that some time when making online orders, although the product shows in stock, but when collecting some of them are not available and we have to go some other places to get it.

I place an order to ask to be delivered on Monday delivered next day

Service is poor too much hassle and bassel

Charged double for the same delivery, took weeks to sort it out.
