I give them one star because three times they forget to delivery our order and they give us hard time to mange the stock and Two times they bring the wrong stock and when I ask them why they told me because they finish the item but I can’t believe that because before order I did check and they had the item available that’s why I give them one star but to be honest they are very friendly staff and good personality if I try to give them star for they personality I give them 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

i was disappointed because i placed an online order at 12pm and indicated that i was collecting from newcross at 14:00.i even got a confirmation email to confirm,when i got to the shop after 3pm, i was told they didnt have my order despite having the order number and my account number,i also sent a complaints email but no one has cared to get back to me,i have been a customer for some years now but i was dissappointed this time round
