Poor App. It will always show different or various product and not never what you looking for. Communication levels are also poor and the order receipt in the email need clarity and professional look.

The only positive side of this company is the prices, and the lovely guy that delivers the stock for them in my area, other then that, the customer service is rubbish, and so is their Android app, which is slow and crashes at best, their website is just as bad, you login to view the order details and there are no details when you click on the details link next to the order number, I have the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to their customer service over the phone, and its like you are talking to your "chavet" mate down the pub, no care for the customers what so ever, recently two times there were missing items to the order, and no one bothers to process the refund for the difference, last time I spoke to the I was told that someone from customer service would call me back, this was on the 12/05/2020, today is the 28/05/2020, and no one has called me, I phone them back only to be told the same thing, that someone will call me back... I am very disappointed! the refund should be processed automatically when the order is checked and loaded on the van/lorry, they know the missing items at that point, they should process the refund then, although their website usually tells you if an item is out of stock, so if you are able to order it, you should receive it! PS: The brands of the items shown on their website are changed most of the time by them without warning, I don't want substitute, but the send you what they want, without talking about the fact that some of the items have clearly been opened and taped up again....

The quality of products is brilliant and very tasty, I have ordered for myself and my parents due to online supermarkets not having any delivery slots. it’s brilliant value for money. Excellent service , very professional and the delivery service is 100% 5 stars the drivers that deliver are so friendly and polite they do a check list and mark everything off the invoice with me. It’s not a case of here’s your order goodbye they really care. A-Z are fantastic 5 stars even after this pandemic is over I will continue to shop from them 🌟

Great service. Delivered on time by very polite delivery men. Who were considerate of Covid 19 and tried to help as much as possible. Man in customer services at the office was quick and efficient in an immediate refund as an item was not in stock for delivery.

One item didn't arrive but AtoZ sent it a few days later. Much appreciated.
