Fast, competent customer service and a great product for the price. Igdali called me to ensure my order got pushed through before they had a temporary break in production and I received my printed flag maybe 10 days after. He even helped me correct some mistakes in my design that I didn't notice. The colors turned out just as I expected and the flag looks to be the quality that the website advertised. grommets were not where I expected. Was expecting them on the top like in the photo I sent, not on the side. Other than that, it was perfect.
