Flag came out amazing and on time. Def doing more business with you guys

I write this review from the prospective of a designer. So I came to this company with my design ready to print. I also have experience dealing with many printers as we print work for clients. TLDR: I am not a basic user who has no idea about design or the process of talking to a 'printer'. That being said — read this. THIS COMPANY EDITS YOUR PROOF to literally include their website for promotion. Is it large? No. But they are literally editing your file to include their free promotion. Unprofessional. And honestly, unheard of. I would steer clear. I emailed them about this as i was shocked (understatement). Their response was "well, you approved the proof". I looked back at the proof they sent and in size like 5px font they included their website. Shocking that there was no level of apologizing. Sad too, because I did my research. They are not a cheap printer either. I wanted a quality product. 2 stars. I would give 1 but the product is well made.

The banners were perfect with exceptionally high quality and vibrant colors. The ground stakes are heavy duty and hold the banners securely even in high winds! Great value and excellent service.

Fast, friendly and very organized process. Email communication was easy and simple. We ordered with them for the second time getting the feather flags, so large, sturdy and eye catching.
