The Lead tech Pete handle my issue promptly and was responsive to my stove issues. After I called and and explained the stove was not working properly he came out immediately. Not only was the stove back up and running but he made sure to clean the back out and make sure burners and all other functions were working properly prior to leaving
24 hours not
The reps answering the phone are polite and following the logarithm mindlessly. There doesn't appear to be any out of the box thinking. They submit and the customer waits ...they resubmit and the customer waits my first work order in 3 years and the response was inefficient for what I pay. An emergency or urgency that supposed to be repaired in 24 hours didn't happen. On day number 2. Not blaming the phone service reps
