We had several servicemen to our home and they all were unsuccessful at completing our issue. Pete Pantoja finally came in and provided tremendous service and an excellent conversation. Renewing the lease for another year and the early option pricing ends tomorrow 11/13. All of us signed on 10/30 and are waiting for the property manager to finalize. I called an spoke to Sheila, in concern that our rent will increase more than what we agreed to on 10/30. Sheila assured us that we were locked in at the early renewal rate. Sje reminded me to provide proof of insurance - which had slipped my mind. She was thoughtful, caring and helpful.
