Dismissive, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, lied about sending request to local team for hotel accommodations. Had to call again and Kelvin did that for me. This guy told me the Resident Service department didn’t exist. Told me we had to wait 24 hours for a response when we already are in the middle of this nightmare sewage backup all over our house! He then threatened to disconnect the call when I told him he wasn’t listening and he said he gave me the info “3 times already” and he wasn’t listening to me about what I actually needed!! I already knew the company and the plan etc. I needed hotel accommodations not to talk to the maintenance company! Awful customer service!!

Patient and listened to me without interruption. Help put in another work order because the first was closed with no service.
