Sadly, this was not acceptable as I really wanted the boots ordered. My credit card was credited with the full amount within 3 days - absolutely no hassle at all. Brilliant service - I will definitely use them again.

Best price I could find on the internet for the boots I wanted. They also offered free returns, which is a huge bonus when you're buying shoes/boots on the internet because you never know whether they will fit and returning things can often be a hassle. The boots were in stock and I received them 2 days later. No need to return as they fitted perfectly. I was very impressed with the service and communication and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
