This company has a great range of footwear. I found what I was looking for very easily,and found that it was also cheaper than other sites. The delivery was ridiculously prompt!! Also used a promotion code to reduce the price further,with great ease at the checkout. Item was extremely well packaged too. In fact,I placed another order straight away as I was so pleased with my purchase. I will definitely use this company again.

Website was misleading as to availability of sale shoes in my size which I ordered. They then contacted me to say they were out of stock and rather insensitively tried to sell me a pair of a different size - the mind boggles - or offered me a measly 10% off a full priced different pair. Not good customer service.

Wish there stock levels were up to date. On line it showed my size in stock so ordered and paid only to be told by email that they were actually out of stock!!!! Very bad - unacceptable experience :(
