Paid for two day shipping. nothing but lies. They shipped it, they didn't, the need the prescription, they have the prescription, UPS won't tell them when it was picked up. Just a complete run around. Everyone is always "in a meeting" So order from anyone else but these dimwitted losers.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Needed a new cpap. Could not get an appointment with my sleep doctor for several months. 2 weeks total time from finding Sleeplay online to having a new machine at my door.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Order was held up because the extra battery I ordered wasn't in stock. I asked that the rest of the order be sent without the extra battery. They assured me it was not a problem & I paid extra for overnight shipping as I had been waiting long enough for this order. They shipped it out with ground shipping that will take up to 5 business days. Totally unacceptable! I should have been notified that part of the order was out of stock to begin with, then they should have shipped it overnight as they charged my credit card. What good was it for me to pay for the overnight shipping? Not reliable at all.
