Had ordered a mask I was not happy with. Emailed the company asking for steps to exchange for another mask. Within 24 hours Mr. James Curles responds back that the exchange is done and had been shipped out. That just blew my mind. Great communication and prompt service. The team at Sleeplay is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their prices are always competitive and their customer service is unmatched. I actually stopped by their Headquarters today to pick up an order as I was in the area and needed a ResMed AirMini CPAP with the Mask Pack and travel case ASAP for last-minute travel. I placed the order on the phone and by the time I arrived the order was ready and one of their team members took the time to answer all of my questions about the new device thoroughly, for which I am extremely appreciative.
