Their website states headgear is one size fits all; not true. The one I ordered is way too big and won’t work. I contacted customer support and Stacy told me it can’t be returned. Now I’m out a mask and thirty-four dollars. I’ll never order from here again. I should have known when I saw James’s signature “Your greatly apprecited”. Dude. Ugh. ***EDIT***After having read this review, Stacy contacted me and got the correct product sent to me.

Brian provided excellent service and the pricing provided for the CPAP supplies were very reasonable. I would recommend purchasing CPAP supplies for anyone that’s needs them immediately!

On a recent trip to Ft Lauderdale, I forgot my water chamber. I called SleepPlay and spoke to Stacey and she assisted me by checking to see if they had the chamber I needed for my machine. I could not find the item I was looking for anywhere else except Sleeplay. I am familiar with several quality online medical websites and NONE OF THEM had pediatric nebulizer mask with the elbow joint attachment. Sleeplay saved the day@

Husband had to get a redmed head strap. We called and spoke with James. We went to pick it up and the customer service was awesome. James was very detailed and personal when assisting my husband. Love the customer service.
