I talked to one of the sleeplay customer care representatives today. He was extremely helpful and efficient and answered all my questions and concerns. I have placed multiple orders with Sleeplay. I am always very pleased with the whole process because the items ship quickly and are packed with care. They have great prices on all their equipment and supplies, which is very helpful for all users, especially those without insurance or high deductibles.

Customer Service Lacking
I searched for my climate hose on their site using my machine model. The wrong hose was displayed. I ordered it. Opened the bag and the hose would not fit. I know that they cannot take back used items and I know why. It makes sense. But since I ordered from their site using my machine model, I hoped that they would just send me the correct hose. I would have ordered all my supplies from Sleeplay going forward. For less than $50 they could have kept my business. Instead James Curls, Customer Service Supervisor, keeps emailing me telling me it was my fault for ordering the wrong piece of equipment. I had to ask him twice to stop emailing me. Looking for a new supplier.
I ordered the wrong thing, got no help
I thought that the spray CPAP mask cleaner wouldn't require rinsing--I had it confused with CPAP wipes, apparently. So that part was my error. I wrote to the customer service person, and he said my order had already been delivered, which it obviously had. I wrote back that I wanted to return the product. He did not answer. He might like to know, too, that his signature line reads "Your appreciated" but it should read "You're appreciated."
Phenomenal customer service!!!
Love the equipment and had no problems with programming. Even though my mask was a little small there were no questions asked and a new one was sent out the same day! The customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Definitely will continue to utilize this company going forward and recommend them to anyone needing ANYTHING related to CPAP.
