I messed up… and they still fixed MY problem

I recently placed an order for a mask and headgear but ordered the wrong size. I confirmed again and indeed I placed the wrong order. I called them today and they immediately offered to ship me the correct size cushion. It was completely my fault and they took care of it! The call took 45 seconds. I didn’t think this level of service still exists!!!

UPDATE: You have my order number and literally just attempted to call me several times Bryan, then exchanged emails in the last hour where you tried to bribe me with a $50 gift card to remove the review and refused to refund unless I removed the charge-back case . Review: Disregard all the employees leaving fake 5 star reviews here (Bryan S below is the senior operations manager) . This company is garbage filled with trash ppl. well the few that work there. They are literally refusing to refund or ship an order for a bipap machine. On the phone they promised to ship it on a Friday, After a day I received no tracking so i emailed asking for one and was told they Don't have stock and would ship when they get it in. This isn't a toy, it's a needed medical device! 6 days later with back and forth emails, mostly just lies from them and now I've filed a charge-back. Nothing has been shipped and no refund ever issued. If they do respond you can be guaranteed it's a lie.
