It was not just one order my recent order is just an example of more than just one order that did not honor any discounted price. It is very simple and I don`t appreciate your company saying it was an misuderstanding or confusion thats like saying I am the one who was confused or I am the one who misunderstood. I can assure you that was not the case your ad very simply stated discounted prices and at the checkout the discounted prices were not honored. When I called more than one time, I had one representative tell me "Oh that happens all the time." You can delete that order and again I say I will not do business with your company ever again. You guys blew it.!

They initially sent the wrong product

They initially sent the wrong product. When I called them to advise, they corrected the problem, sent me the correct product, and made return of the wrong product free and easy.
