Installer was great. Lady on phone was great! But getting the appointment arranged and started took months. No calls returned, had to switch reps and took from July to Oct 30 to get installed.

Bad communication

These guys are horrible to deal with. I canceled my subscription in April no issue. Then it started a month later the emails and texts saying I’m in arrears on my account that I canceled. They obviously stopped withdrawal from my bank so why do I get this message for no payment. I’ve called emailed and texted trying to resolve this but to no avail. If I get bad credit over this I will be getting my lawyer involve over a stupid mistake on their part. STAY AWAY.

Nothing went right

Nothing went right, the technician was due Thursday 8am showed up 4 pm Friday a waste of two days. The technician did not have his own equipment had to use my tools. The last thing is the cost 2700 dollars For equipment that costs 400 on Amazon. I should of checked you out more but did not.

Try canceling cause your moving impossible crooks hopeless crooks I sent written letter vacant verbally close they have on file but as sent to wrong email nope no good can see it but nope so resent nope nothing Have spent hours on end Plus to disconnect wait hours nope no one answers But tried new hookup immediately answer We were moved out and still won’t disconnect ripped flippen thing off wall as keep beeping cause no wii fii They just won’t shut it off Never recommend rip off company our contact was done so like work with us Poor poor company Beeps all time anyways useless system
