Had some issues with driveway alarm and yard alarm. Followed instructions on web site and made things worse. Jonathan returned my call of distress and got both alarms working as they should in a fairly short time. Much appreciated for making alarms work as they should and for correcting my botched attempt to fix things. Thanks Jonathan, Don

Jonathan was very helpful. He was patient and helped me work through how to set up my account on my new phone. He also helped me link both of my home and business accounts onto the app. He confirmed that it was working while he was still on the call with me. He was very pleasant to work with.

Up grade

Up grade in panel did not complete it self with the tech person so after he left I required help by phone. The tech support helped and talked me thriough the complicated procedure to rectify the problem Thanks again

Said when security system the thief

Stay far away from this company as possible!! They bought my contract and then lied saying my end date changed. My system stop working! I paid for someone to come fix it. No show!! Still charging my monthly! I'm fighting for my money back!

We found Rod to be an asset with Fluent. Rod was extremely patient helpful and used his expertise as a technician in helping us a resolvr problem with our security system. We were very fortunate to have him as a phone tech when we initially called with our problem but once again randomly got him on a subsequent call we made.
