An intense week of training that was professionally delivered and with the wealth of experience from the team you felt confident that what was being taught was important to you and your business. It would have been nice for the course to have been a little longer, mainly for system training, the course was however comprehensive in its scope. A big shout out to the Development Business Managers for there knowledge, there help and above all there patience.

It was a 5 day marathon !! But very enjoyable, so much information to process and it is actually alright if you do not remember everything as the hub and your BDM will be there, a well thought out concise week, the only thing I would have liked personally was more practical work.
