The entire experience has been frustrating and misleading. False commitments: My academic counselor, Kavya, assured me of quality training and support—nothing delivered. Unprofessional mentors: 1-on-1 sessions are poorly managed; mentors call at odd hours and fail to answer queries. No real expertise: They don’t even understand Meta Ads data and avoid addressing technical questions. Fake IIT Roorkee claims: They advertise IIT professors, but none actually teach here. Fake reviews & subscribers: Their online reputation is artificially inflated. No job placement support: They make big claims, but job assistance is non-existent. This institution is all about false advertising and empty promises. Stay away! I will soon share a video exposing everything in detail.

I would like to share my experience with Intellipaat, an institute that provides IT courses, particularly for individuals from non-IT backgrounds. Unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing, and I believe the organization engages in misleading pricing practices. Approximately one and a half years ago, while searching for an online Data Science course in India, I received a call from a representative of Intellipaat. She provided details of their Data Science course, priced at ₹177,000, and assisted me in securing an education loan through JM Finance. After enrolling, I interacted with my batchmates, only to discover that they had paid significantly lower fees for the same course. Some had enrolled for ₹98,000, others for ₹110,000, and some for ₹120,000. Realizing that I had paid the highest amount, I escalated the issue to Intellipaat’s escalation team. Their response was that the course was currently being offered at a discounted price, but the difference between ₹177,000 and ₹98,000—almost a 50% reduction—seemed highly unreasonable and deceptive. Feeling misled, I raised a formal dispute and requested a refund. I also lodged complaints on social media and consumer forums. Following this, a representative from their escalation team contacted me and offered a partial refund of ₹40,000, conditional upon my course completion. However, I find this approach unfair—if they acknowledge the overcharge, the refund should not be conditional on completing the course, especially if I no longer wish to continue. Based on my experience, I strongly advise prospective students to thoroughly research alternative institutions that offer more transparent pricing and ethical business practices. I would not recommend enrolling with Intellipaat.
