The online sessions are okay so far. The instructors are good and patient with the students. However, Absolutely horrible experience in 1:1 sessions. They recently arranged a practice test and the test is over for 2 weeks. I have some queries which I couldnt resolved in the test. I am trying to help but the team is not helping. Can you believe what their reason is: "We dont explain the questions in PRT" I have to mention it here again that it is practice test and it is created to help us: learners. I think it is so hard to understand for this company or it's team. So guys, if you have doubts then you are own your own. I discussed this with escalations manger and he was quite reassuring and suggested that instead of the test, you can get a session on the topics which test covered. But still not helping in a practice test is beyond my understanding.
