We ordered Castle Anthracite on display in the showroom NOT ON LINE . We received a very light grey ruining our garden which now does not match the rest of our colour scheme . We was told we would have to return the 73 pavers ourselves and also incur a 25% re stock charge for receiving the wrong colour and texture to the ones in showroom . We was not given in person any verbal or written terms of business so was totally unaware of it We ordered the 55 pavers on the 11 th April I have proof on my bank statement then another 18 on the 22 nd April again proof in my statement these were delivered on 24 th April together . NOT ordered 5 months ago according to your reply . None as yet have been laid . We then ordered last week another 7 not 10 as your reply states . Maybe when your store is visited in person and not on line you hand out your term of business and display the lighter grey not the dark
