I informed the courier on delivery that the packaging was damaged as well as the stone slab underneath. The corner was broken off and had obviously been knocked. All party's involved refused to offer a refund or exchange stating it was not damaged. I was informed the matter was closed and then the company ignored my emails. Customer service is very poor and would advise anyone not to use this company.

Tiles themselves are good. Delivery was a poor experience - having to chase when not delivered on agreed date. Couple of tiles broken (somewhere in transit) but told that you have to have 10% of tiles broken before any replacement made.

Easy to order & can choose your own delivery date which is a bonus. Excellent price compared to other company’s. Packed securely and delivered promptly in the time specified.

Ordered two different samples but only one arrived. Stone looks ok but if they can’t get a simple order like that right makes me wonder how a big, more expensive order would go so will not be ordering.
