The team were helpful and knowledgeable. I got a great price for what I received. The tiles themselves are great and have been laid now over a year with no issues. Upon delivery there were a few cracked unfortunately which can happen in transport but I had 8 broken/chipped. Some I used for off cuts/smaller sections but still wasn’t enough for the whole project. So this meant I had to drive to Hull to go buy more which wasn’t ideal. Also I don’t recommend the brush in grout. As soon as you go over it with a jet washer it goes everywhere. Landscapers love it as it’s so easy and quick to use. But it doesn’t last so avoid.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Melton Stone. Fortunately, we live locally, so we were able to make a series of visits to ensure we were choosing the correct products. Alex was amazing, giving us samples to take away and even two full tiles of our preferred tile, so we could really envisage the end result. Melton Stone worked closely with our landscaper to arrange multiple collections/deliveries of the porcelain stone tiles etc. Their prices were just as keen as online competitors (if not better), but given their high levels of customer service I would not even look elsewhere anyway. The end result - fantastic. We now have a garden that we only ever thought about in our dreams! The first thing that visitors comment on is the tiles! I have already recommended you to several people and will not hesitate to keep doing so! Thank you again to the whole team.
