Excellent product and my patio looks great

Flexible and allowed me to change my order after I realised I'd made a mistake. Really helpful staff. HOWEVER the delivery experience was very poor. Didn't deliver on the scheduled day, no communication it wouldn't arrive and no information about timings either for the scheduled day or the following day when they eventually came at 5.30pm. I had to stay at home for two full days waiting which is poor.

Ordering was very simple, and staff were friendly and helpful when I called to ask about delivery options. The price and quality of the sandstone paving were really excellent. I was let down by the delivery company but that was not the fault of Melton. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
