Excellent service from enquiry to delivery from these guys, fully explained how to lay porcelain slabs with mortar and the paint on slurry stuff which gives a stronger bond between the slab and mortar (never heard about using this before). Also went through which grout to use so it doesn't come out next year when it needs cleaning with a power washer. As for delivery I've never met such a helpful and cheerful driver as Dave (I think) from Neill and Brown. Totally recommend Melton Stone, go there before any of "the others" if you want the best service (and price) around. Plus there's a sweetie jar on the counter!!

I was recently advised by my builder that Melton Stone had some offers on paving for my garden project. Even though my builder wasnt ready to do the job for a few months they agreed to hold the stone on site and i secured it at the lower price. Excellent service by the lady in the office.

I ordered on line but also spoke to a lovely lady that answered my questions and advised me on which grout to use and explained the different ones to me. I placed my order my porcelain slabs arrived on time the driver was helpful and my slabs are beautiful I had them on sale and was good value would recommend for sure
