If you want to waste money and get a headache, this company is perfect for that. I recently bought 6m2, but only got 5.49m2. The company refuses to accept responsibility for the shortage, stating that the grout should fill up to 6m2, when the coverage area is clearly indicated on the boxes. They keep saying that I already got discounted clearance stock, which is 80% off retail price, but they got the price they asked for, however I didn't get the tiles I paid for. In an attempt to get rid of last mixed stocks and make money, they sent 2 different colored tiles that they described as a "job lot", but there was no information that it was 4 boxes of blue tiles and 2 boxes of brown, it was listed only as "Elements of Hex Marble Blue Ash Gold Tile". Misleading and dishonest information has caused many problems that could have been avoided if the information provided had been accurate.
