Very easy process from ordering to delivery

I have ordered 54 tiles 90x 60cm. As i only need to do o terrace of 30m2 and no cuts nedeed as is a straight rectangular area,when delivered 2 slabs arrived cracked.Called Melton Stone and been told that this is under the 10% cutting tolerance when there is no bloody cutting!i don’t have to do any CUTTINGS!Obviously i PAID for cracked tiles at the and of the day ,rude costumer service advising that is a building material and is normal to pay for it and get it damaged!0 stars.

Excellent delivery and notifications

Beautiful stone that has made a gorgeous hearth. Stone delivered on time, very carefully packaged and protected. Delivery driver was very helpful too. I would definitely use Melton Stone again. Excellent service all round.

Product and price are very good, but third party delivery let them down.
