Nice and easy, no issues. Ordered online and they arrived on my requested delivery day. Driver was friendly and left the flags where I asked. Flags were well packed and they look great. Just need to lay them now!

Ordering at show area was all good however the after sales service (with the same member of staff) was really poor. 2 of our 35 pavers were broken and not just broken in half so not salvageable. At £20odd a paver it's annoying to be told it's the nature of the industry! They are shipped from Italy. That's maybe true but my 35 pavers are put on a pallet in the UK and transported to me,they don't come directly from Italy!!

Competitively priced, delivered when stated. Significant quantity of setts received were outside stated specification ( 40 -60mm thick) . The sample supplied ahead of delivery ( and charged for) was not representative of the goods supplied.
