cannot recommend these guys enough! Called in completely clueless as to what I wanted … I just knew I wanted something like I’d seen on Pinterest. They absolutely delivered!! Recommended different products to me, including ways to save money (who doesn’t need that nowadays!?) and gave great advice on maintenance which I know I’ll be thankful of. So warm and friendly and just a great experience wandering around nosying at their gorgeous stock.

Melton Stone has a wide variety of slabs, and offer all the required chemicals to go with it: grout glue and cleaning products. They have a very friendly approach and offer quick and easy solutions. I definitely recommend them

This is now my fifteenth order with MeltonStone. I have been nothing but satisfied with the way these guys do business. First and foremost, exceptional customer service. All of my emails are always answered. I must say that I am not an easy customer to please, yet I am pleased with every order I place with them. Highly recommended!!!

Unable to resolve issue with damaged stock once delivered. 17 slabs unsatisfactory, including badly danaged edges and corners as well as unrepairable strap marks from packaging. I requested replacements I was told they dont do this, I requested they were collected, I was told that's not an option. I was offered a full refund provided I payed the return of all the stock. I was also told that end of season clearance stock should be expected to be less quality. The manager was very polite but the after sales care was very disappointing in my opinion.

These comments are true to the situation that unfolded with this company & very upset by the fact they wrote & asked me to remove the review as they are a small company & bad reviews can affect their business. I rarely take the time to write feedback as would not have done so if the customer service had not been so awful. Ordered samples which were chargeable. Had issues paying for them through the website but finally managed to place the order. Not only were the samples not as described ie they were a different finish to the listing but one was missing. Contacted the sales team only to get a response that the samples had been delivered. Finally got confirmation that they hadn’t send the third sample due to limited stock & they would refund. It’s not a lot of money but 3 wks later still chasing as no refund and now ignoring my correspondence. Glad we didn’t go ahead & order as if this is how they treat a sample order can only imagine what a nightmare that would be if there was an issue with a proper order. Would avoid.

The team at Melton were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The quality of the sandstone that we purchased was excellent value and good quality. Would highly recommend.

I ordered 5 crates of sandstone slabs they were delivered in 3 working days and not 1 slab was damaged, they were packed so well and the quality of the slabs is great, would definitely order from them again

The staff were accommodating and pleasant. I talked to a male staff member the first time I visited, who gave me the information I needed and answered my question about delivery. I then came back about a week later to order. The process was easy. I was kept up to date about delivery. The pavers were delivered as agreed, and the delivery man was efficient and place the pavers where I wanted. I was recommended Melton Stone and I would be more than happy to recommend them to others.
