Amazing quality

Waiting 3 weeks for a delivery of underlay which cost almost £100 they delivered my laminate flooring which is now stood in my hallway causing a hazard! Delivery has been changed 6 times and they give no promises of it being delivered and blame it on weather

Got off to a great start with Online Carpets. Ordered several carpets for different properties and deliveries were pretty accurate. My most recent order on the 13th December was delivered with one of the four missing. It’s now been cancelled twice and the wrong size delivered on the third re arranged date. I’ve had people organised to take delivery twice and wasted my carpet fitters time twice. Sadly the attitude is “computer says no” They’ve literally cost £100’s of pounds in wasted labour. DO NOT order from these guys if you are looking for reliability or pro active customer service.
