Ordered 7 packs of laminate flooring Delivery day arrived received email saying it had been put on wrong van Would re deliver 2days later nothing arrived Got in touch with customer services to be told it was now out of stock Link sent to order more samples ordered sample which was the same as the original order Ordered it once again Had it delivered for it to be 1 pack short Got in touch again with customer service to be told it’s out of stock Requested a full refund they then told me they would be a collection charge this was overturned Collection day arrived no one turned up Got in touch again with customer services to be told they didn’t have me down for a collection Eventually it was collected a week later Absolutely would not recommend this company

Lovely carpet and easy fitting.

Ordered vinyl flooring less than a year ago. The floor was laid professionally and has been completely ripped from heels of shoes, moving the fridge and dropping a hammer. Supposed to have a photo shoot for my brand Poodle and Blonde. Floors so bad can’t be edited in pics and needs to be replaced. Have said I would reorder something else from them but they will not agree to even a 10% discount. Surely Flooring should be able to handle heels? Would love to add pics, 10 months in and kitchen looks like a crack den at this point 😂

Ordered 3 orders of sample floors to have my house done and over a month and half later I’ve still not received them. Not happy with the customer service, shame. EDIT - I would like to add the company did send me out all samples after they had seen my initial review and I am happy with the samples provided.

Been waiting for the correct colour to be delivered for over three weeks. The wrong colour grey has been delivered three times, along with two different shades of brown that were mean to be the same colour. Customer service don't seem to read the email trail before replying so the answers are basic and often unhelpful, and staff don't appear to communicate with one another. It's been a stressful, disappointing and costly experience so far, and it's still not resolved. Not even been offered a gesture of goodwill at any point to cover out of pocket expenses involved. I'll be speaking with Trading Standards in the new year. Unsurprisingly will not be a repeat customer!

Excellent experience all round. Easy to use Web site. Good quality product and LOW prices. Delivery driver was very nice and helpful. Was recommended this company by my daughter and Would definitely use this company again.

The worst vinyl i have ever seen, i am so shocked at how bad the quality is, since laying we have had over 10 tears appear, you cannot move any items around as it causes tears. Have tried to contact the company with no response

we have our carpet fitter here & the carpet is 2 inches shorter than it is supposed to be!! to small for the room. On line carpets wont compensate & say we should have checked. So we how have to pay the carpet fitter again, lovely customer service!! How are you supposed to roll out 4 meter & more in a London flat... & why is it my reasonability to do there job
