Easy ordering and delivery was on time,the only problem was the delivery person does not help bringing the carpet inside so at 7.0.clock in the morning and pouring with rain was a problem

Customer service wise I haven't had an issue and have been very happy with online for carpets and would order from them again but unfortuntly my 12mm palace laminate wood flooring has been down for roughly 2 weeks which was professionally fitted to a high standard and it has already got two chips on the end of the planks from general usage and the ends of two boards had unclicked somehow. The ends have a white tab on to click to the next piece and it is very thin so does not provide much connection to the next plank. I would only buy this again if it was a very low traffic area.

I bought carpet to be made in to two rugs. The carpet quality and colour is amazing, my second purchase from this company. I'll be using company again, they deliver on time and to any budget.
