The delivery driver helped carry the carpet roll in. I was worried about choosing a carpet without seeing it in reality, but we were very pleased with it. It was just what we wanted. We needed a 5 metre carpet, and this fitted the bill. Would certainly buy from Online Carpets again.

The carpet is excellent, good quality and thick, very heavy but managed to but it down, very pleased, I have ordered before and will order again when needed.

Transaction through to delivery was easy & smooth enough. However the delivery driver was rude, had no manners & just roughly dumped the roll of carpet wherever it landed. The quality of the carpet is ok but there is already some loose threads at ends. I’d say the best part of shopping here was the ease of doing the transaction & good value for money. The delivery & overall quality of the carpet lets it down a bit. Hence not 5 stars
