It was easy to order my items.when out for delivery thy kept me informed. The delivery itself was brilliant. The delivery boys was very helpful when thy placed the items into my home . I would recommend this business when you need new flooring,cheap and brilliant.

Had 1 delivery issues as guy saying I didn’t answer the door witch he didn’t knock my door!! So then I had 2 wait days again 4 my Lino but other delivers have been great tho very kind ppl

I love how easy it is to shop with online carpets, I’ve used them before and actually need to order today for one more room which I wasn’t ready to order carpet for when I made my last purchase, I’m very happy with my carpets , ease of shopping the website and delivery.

Firstly, I rang online carpets to see where abouts they was and they said they was close by to where I live and also delivered to anywhere in the UK, so I was pleased about that. Secondly, the carpet I wanted was perfect and not at a bad price at all, so, I had to purchase. When my carpet came I was really happy with it and it looks lovely in my home. Also everybody who helped... to the person on the phone to the delivery driver, they was all polite. Thankyou very much 😁
