I purchased Pilgrim clementine recycled crystal earrings previously but the pair I received a week ago are hurting my ears . The stem/ part u stick into the ear holes is TOO WIDE/THICK, so painful.exact same previous earring were thinner for ear hole!!)have bought many Pilgrim earrings previously & I ‘ve never had a problem. I’ve always loved wearing Pilgrim jewellery for years til this point but it is too sore to wear current earrings. So disappointed, why has this happened ? What can be done?
