The product ist really nice and beautiful. The only problem was the shipping. It delivert by GLS to Germany. Bad choice, because this delivery company ist very unreliable. The package arrived broken, but the product was not damaged. So ist's all fine. But at all the necklace has a really nice quality an the Gift Box is pretty beautiful.

The jewellery company resolve my issue really fast. Unfortunately the local delivery company messed up with the delivery so the Pilgrim company contacted me urgently and processed with the refund, adding 15% discount for the next order. Was really nice to communicate with them.
