They ended up at around 6.00pm Friday and so much rush to pick few things rather than loading to full volume that I booked. They did in a way of very unprofessional. Following my complain and making photo evidence, one of the removal van driver phoned me up and came in the following day, early morning to pick few more items - appeared bit calm and professional, this could have be done when they came into my house first time. Not too sure where went wrong, company management have to track and monitor to ensure that they pick up correct volume of rabish booked to remove, showing the volume in advance (particularly when booked in online) and send people at correct time, not at last minute of their working hours but if they can’t make it, this need to be properly communicated with customers rather than making others look worthless.
