The courier was late, and I was not notified. I had to call twice to find out where the driver was. Not very professional staff. Expensive service for a bad first-time customer experience.

Very good service, very helpful operatives nothing was too much trouble no complaints about heavy bags - although there were many stairs It is great to see good workmanship and politeness still exists!
