This was the first time I used this company or any company at all for removing unwanted furniture . I was concerned as i live in a flat so the items had to be left in the carpark. I was impressed with the link sent to track the drivers and also the email showing pictures of the drivers attending . This is really good . I was also called as there was a slight confusion with the address .

The company informed me of the registration of the vehicle and gave me photos of the men who would be arriving, which was useful. I was informed approximately 30 minutes to when they would be arriving. The men were pleasant and just got on with the job.
