The full experience of the transplant. From the booking I had Matthew look after who went above and beyond, fully kept me up to date with the booking, pre-surgery instructions, he even dropped off some hair treatment shampoo at my house on a Saturday night which was not part of the booking, dedication spot on. Next was the surgery and Dr Ahmad Moussa was the ultimate professional, he went through the full operation and explained every stage in great detail, very relaxed environment which made me comfortable, and his staff were so friendly and relaxing as they were carrying out there work which is so important for the patient to have a pleasant experience. Post Op surgery for the next 14 days which is critical that I follow procedure, I don't think I would of done to the day guide if it wasn't for my wingman Jake what a Guy! He checked in with me everyday to for the fortnight to ask how I was, any issues, pains etc, unbelievable aftercare cant praise him enough. To conclude I cannot recommend the surgery group full team highly enough to anybody who's considering having a transplant. Well done Team!!

Amazing company. really took some time to assess my requirements and gave me some great advice. Didn't push anything on me and have been extremely helpful throughout. Previously paid over £300 for my finasteride tablets from UK Hair and got exactly the same tablets from these guys at a third of the price. Very highly recommended
