I spoke to Matthew after being told by my doctor that I may have a bacterial infection on my scalp. I have lost 3/4 of my hair since the end of September (4.5 months). My scalp has been really itchy and had a ‘sick like’ smell comIng from it. Matthew told me straight away what it was and how to treat it. He went out of his way to help me and even sent me a link to further advice on treatments etc. Matthew told me to use a shampoo to treat my scalp and get some antibiotics to treat the infection. I have been to see my GP about this a number of times and they were not only useless but unsympathetic. Matthew empathised with me, told me exactly what was wrong and to treat it. I am so grateful to him and would definitely recommend his services!

Great customer service from the onset from mathew. Excellent pre op with Dr Hassan who was very open and explained the process. Blue, phil and steph deserve the utmost credit for making my day smooth and comfortable. Dr Hassan went through the do's and dont's of post surgery care...grafts were excellently placed and I felt at home. Matt now taking care with prescriptions and any further questions post surgery. Great service provided once again from Hair Repair Clinic - top job! Realised I was desperately low on a repeat prescription of Finasteride so contacted Matthew on Wednesday - guess what - medication to arrive by Friday lunchtime. Excellent work and well done! Genuine happy customer 😊

Great service and help from Matthew over the last 8 months who is there for any questions anytime as I work towards my FUE in May. I've been taken Finasteride which is working wonders on the front of my hairline, and at a much more affordable rate!

Was an amazing service from start to finish. Matthew was amazing with support before and after. The surgeon was amazing too and the after care system was great. Nothing was too much, even if it was just for advice. Couldn't fault them one bit. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic service and a very happy with the whole experience. Matthew guided me all the way through my FUE journey . I travelled to London for my surgery and As Matthew new I would be on my own he travelled too and was on hand all day . Matthew Even fetched my lunch and got me back to the station and on my train home at the end of the day . Very happy with my results and the whole experience.
