Via the website, I believe, compare my move or similar; we made the choice to work with Setford Law and were asked to work with their lawyer, Divya Patel. Initially cautious, we were relieved when the estate agent were very supportive of our choice by explaining that they knew Divya, had worked with her previously and that she was very good. In summary, the conveyance process was extremely complex whereas, my son, a first time buyer, was purchasing a freehold property with said property holding joint freehold and lease hold registrations.
