This was my first experience buying a property and I needed support with the process. Rebecca was great at communication and returned my calls and emails promptly (which wasn't the case with the first solicitor I had been recommended, whom I had to change because of that). There were quite a few issues/delays from both parties for various reasons and Rebecca was really patient with all my queries and provided helpful and timely answers. She was also really empathetic (I was going through a divorce at the time and was a bit of a mess) and went above and beyond explaining 50 pages of legal speak to me in one of the docs I needed to review. In terms of where my customer needs weren't 100% met, I would have liked more attention to detail (e.g., spelling of my legal name, wrong address used in contracts a few times). Also, more transparency in regards to costs (granted, not the actual solicitor costs but the ones relating to the management company fees) as the amount took my by surprise on the day of completion and I had to borrow the money to be able to do the transaction. All in all, and having heard the experiences of my other friends with their solicitors, I think I received good service and would recommend Rebecca to others as well as would use her services again in the future.

Afreen, was great, in fact I’d go further just not sure of the words to use. Made my life simple, was understanding of my work arrangements and was happy with peculiar late night calls or early morning g calls, and made sure I understood what was going on. A credit to the organisation and will happily recommend her as a solicitor to anyone looking. Thank you Afreen, I feel like I’ve made a friend through the whole experience.
