Great Experience This is my second time of using Setford. For both transactions, we dealt with William Brown. The lender we used for the first transaction which was a bridging loan made things really difficult. What should have easily taken 2-3 months ended up been just under 7 months. William was superb in dealing with the excesses of the lender. In addition he also dealt with the lender's solicitor and handled the whole process so professionally despite the many setbacks. We were super pleased with William and how he handled the whole project. The second transaction was on the remortgaging which was a breeze. We will definitely be using William and particularly Setfords for future deals.

Dawn Brogan looked after the sale of my flat which was complicated due to Building Safety Act remedial work about to take place in the building, and strange entries on the Land Registry left by the purchase and stair casing with previous solicitors in the past.
